MAJI Makers provides custom-made products, including but not limited to printed items, engraved goods, sublimation products, embroidered apparel, and other personalized merchandise.
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Custom Products
Because many of our items are custom-made, the customer is responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate.
This includes:
- Spelling
- Names
- Dates
- Uploaded images
- Design choices
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
3. Proof Approval
If a design proof is provided before production, the customer must review and approve it carefully.
Approval of a proof confirms that:
- All text is correct
- Layout and placement are approved
- Design meets expectations
MAJI Makers is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed before production begins.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Credit/Debit cards
- Secure online payment processors
6. Intellectual Property
Customers must have legal rights to any images, logos, text, or artwork submitted for customization.
MAJI Makers will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked designs without proper authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate intellectual property laws or contain offensive or inappropriate content.
7. Product Variations
Due to the nature of custom production, slight variations may occur in:
- Color
- Placement
- Size
- Material appearance
These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
8. Limitation of Liability
MAJI Makers shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
CUSTOMER ARTWORK LIABILITY CLAUSE
Customer-Provided Artwork and Content
Customers may submit artwork, logos, images, text, or other materials for use in custom products.
By submitting artwork or design files to MAJI Makers, the customer represents and warrants that:
- They own the rights to the artwork or have obtained legal permission to use it.
- The submitted materials do not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- The materials do not contain illegal, defamatory, or offensive content.
MAJI Makers is not responsible for verifying ownership or licensing of submitted artwork.
The customer agrees to assume full legal responsibility for any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the use of submitted artwork.
The customer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MAJI Makers, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from the reproduction of customer-supplied materials.
MAJI Makers reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate intellectual property laws or contain inappropriate content.
CHARGE-BACK PROTECTION POLICY
Payment Disputes and Charge-backs
By placing an order with MAJI Makers, the customer agrees to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a charge-back or payment dispute.
Customers acknowledge that:
- Custom products are made-to-order and begin production shortly after purchase.
- Approved design proofs and order confirmations serve as authorization for production.
Initiating a charge-back for a completed custom order without first contacting MAJI Makers to resolve the issue may be considered fraudulent activity.
MAJI Makers reserves the right to:
- Provide documentation to the payment processor showing proof of order approval, production, and delivery.
- Dispute any charge-backs with supporting evidence, including order confirmations, customer communications, proof approvals, and shipping tracking information.
Customers who initiate unjustified charge-backs may be restricted from placing future orders.
MOCK-UP VS FINAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Product Mock-ups and Digital Previews
Product images, mock-ups, and digital previews shown on the MAJI Makers website or provided during the ordering process are intended for visual representation only.
Final products may vary slightly from digital previews due to factors including but not limited to:
- Monitor and screen color settings
- Printing processes
- Fabric texture and material
- Engraving depth
- Embroidery stitching limitations
- Heat transfer or sublimation variations
- Placement adjustments during production
While MAJI Makers makes every effort to produce products that closely match the preview or proof, minor variations are normal in custom manufacturing and do not qualify as defects.
